The Qantas cancellation policy depends on the fare type and route. Fully flexible fares usually allow cancellations with a full refund, while restricted or sale fares may be non-refundable but eligible for a flight credit. Cancellations can be made through the Qantas website under “Manage Booking.” If Qantas cancels your flight, you are entitled to a full refund or credit.
